Requirements
- Expertise in SQL, dbt, and Snowflake.
- Proficiency in Python.
- Experience designing and evaluating experiments using statistical methods.
- Proficiency with BI tools like Omni, Tableau, or Looker.
- Deep understanding of marketing and Product-Led Growth (PLG) funnels.
- Experience in attribution modeling and user segmentation.
- Strong communication skills to translate data findings into business action.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain core growth data models in Snowflake via dbt.
- Instrument end-to-end tracking across the self-serve funnel.
- Activate data by pushing it from Snowflake into operational tools.
- Partner with Web, Product, and Engineering teams to track user journeys.
- Define success metrics and measure the impact of growth experiments.
- Group sign-ups by intent and behavior to optimize onboarding paths.
- Audit marketing ROI to evaluate the effectiveness of acquisition sources.
- Partner with Finance to forecast long-term growth and profitability.
