- Experience with patient intake, insurance verification, and scheduling

- Exposure to Google Ads or digital marketing
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Reliable laptop or desktop
- High-speed internet (min 25 Mbps)
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming patient calls and respond to inquiries
- Assist with scheduling new patient consultations and appointments
- Conduct patient follow-up and reminders
- Complete new patient intake and onboarding processes
- Perform insurance pre-qualification and eligibility checks
- Maintain patient profiles in Simple Practice
- Update Psychology Today profiles and website content
- Support Google Ads campaigns and marketing projects
