Requirements
- Extensive and current knowledge of the US promotional products industry (suppliers, decorators, trends).
- Experience in digital marketing execution (email and social media).
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar platforms.
- Strong writing and editing skills.
- Experience with social media scheduling tools.
- Basic experience updating websites or landing pages (e.g., WordPress, Webflow).
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities
- Build and schedule email campaigns and automations in platforms like HubSpot or Mailchimp.
- Coordinate integrated campaigns across email, social, web, direct mail, and events.
- Draft and edit marketing copy for emails, social posts, and landing pages.
- Create and schedule social media content consistent with client calendars.
- Repurpose content assets into social-ready formats.
- Track and summarize social and email analytics.
- Assist with coordination of direct mail campaigns and branded kits.
- Support virtual and live event promotion.
- Build or update websites and landing pages.
- Monitor reputation and handle internal project coordination.
