Requirements
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Marketing Assistant, or similar role
- Experience managing Meta Ads campaigns
- Experience managing Google Ads campaigns
- Experience using Klaviyo
- Experience using Shopify
- Strong Canva design skills
- Experience managing Facebook and Instagram business accounts
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- High attention to detail
- Comfortable learning and implementing new software and AI tools
Responsibilities
- Create, manage, and optimise Meta and Google Ads campaigns
- Maintain existing automated Klaviyo email campaigns
- Manage Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Instagram accounts
- Respond to customer enquiries via email and social media using ChatGPT tools
- Manage email, calendars, data entry, and puppy waitlists
- Perform basic bookkeeping reconciliations in Xero
- Update Shopify and Wix websites
- Design graphics and promotional content using Canva and ChatGPT
