Requirements

- Strong portfolio showing visual quality and design range.

- Experience with graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
- Experience publishing and managing content within an LMS.
- Ability to apply brand standards consistently.
- Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple timelines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
- Transform structured content into visually compelling training modules, decks, and workbooks.
- Apply brand guidelines consistently across learning materials.
- Design and produce eLearning modules using authoring tools like Articulate or Adobe.
- Partner with SMEs to translate content goals into effective design choices.
- Upload, configure, and troubleshoot course content within TalentLMS.
- Ensure materials meet accessibility standards.
- Manage concurrent design projects across multiple programs.
