- Strong portfolio in brand vision, integrated campaigns, and systems thinking.
- Foundation of visual design principles (layout, typography, color, hierarchy).
- Strong experience in Figma and design systems.
- Experience designing for web, digital ads, and social.
- Proficient in UX/UI principles.
- Ability to collaborate with engineers on website development.
- Experience using AI for design innovation and governance.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Marketing stakeholders from ideation through execution.
- Present and advocate for creative quality and brand consistency.
- Own the aesthetic and emotional identity of the brand.
- Create performant brand and marketing experiences.
- Contribute to building a design system with token-based components.
- Develop Figma-to-code workflows and AI-assisted design processes.
- Define AI fluency standards and internal guidelines for generative tools.
