Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in brand or visual design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing range across digital, web, and experiential projects.
- Expert-level command of Figma for design, prototyping, and system scaling.
- Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite.
- Exceptional eye for modern, premium design, precise typography, and layout.
- Ability to work fluidly between high-level brand strategy and granular asset craft.
- Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration with marketing, product, and engineering teams.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Concept and design across digital channels, including product launches, paid campaigns, social, email, and sales enablement.
- Design and ship pages for the company website, including landing pages and campaigns, while partnering with engineering.
- Manage experiential design for conferences, booths, and activations to ensure high-quality physical presence.
- Extend and steward the visual identity by building reusable components, templates, and guidelines in Figma.
- Own design projects from initial idea and moodboards through to final high-craft delivery.
- Present design thinking and defend decisions to leadership and stakeholders.
