- 7+ years experience in pharmaceutical project management, ideally within Labs
- Executive level presentation experience
- Strong science and/or business acumen
- Superior time management, planning, and organizational skills
- Proven analytical skills
- Strong client relationship management skills
- Ability to work effectively with multi-level teams
- Strong negotiation skills
Responsibilities
- Facilitate routine client facing meetings and attend internal meetings
- Coordinate client visits in tandem with Business Development and Lab Operations management
- Support/Lead program governance model
- Oversee complex stability launch coordination
- Manage FTE project management, including setup, monitoring and completion
- Manage client project prioritization
- Establish project status trackers and ensure deliverables are met
- Evaluate and escalate risks across projects
- Manage projections/forecasts for large FTE programs
- Manage contract process and drive new opportunities from existing clients
