Requirements
- Proficiency in Cursor and/or Claude Code.
- Ability to autonomously build, debug, and ship functional code and prototypes.
- AI fluency with a view on automating risk operations.
- Experience as a Product Manager on platform, API, or products for operational teams.
- Strong UX sensibilities for internal and customer-facing tools.
- Outstanding communication and collaboration skills for async workflows.
- Data-driven decision-making with experience in querying and visualization.
- Business-level proficiency in written and spoken English.
Responsibilities
- Own credit risk assessment and reserve management.
- Develop fraud detection and prevention strategies, including freeze mechanisms and dispute workflows.
- Manage end-to-end onboarding compliance, including KYB and AML screening.
- Build configurable, platform-oriented systems to reduce reliance on engineering.
- Collaborate with Collections and Treasury on risk reserves and enforcement.
- Ship iteratively at pace to hit KPIs around automation and risk accuracy.
- Manage stakeholders across risk, ops, and finance.
