Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in IT project management.
- Working knowledge of Agile frameworks and hands-on Scrum experience.
- Proficiency with PM tools like Microsoft 365, Azure DevOps, Jira, or ConnectWise.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally across technical and non-technical teams.
- Commitment to US Eastern Standard Time alignment.
Responsibilities
- Define project scope, objectives, schedules, budgets, and resource requirements.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans and risk logs.
- Facilitate project kickoff, sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities.
- Champion Agile principles and Scrum methodology.
- Track velocity, burn-down metrics, and sprint outcomes.
- Prepare and deliver regular project status reports and executive briefings.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and meeting records.
- Manage project activities within approved PMO tooling.
