Requirements
- Work experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, or similar roles.
- Strong communication skills.
- Confidence using multiple systems simultaneously.
- Ability to learn new software tools quickly.
- Typing speed of at least 50 WPM accurately.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Growth mindset and openness to feedback.
Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for patients calling to schedule or update appointments.
- Listen carefully, ask clarifying questions, and guide patients.
- Recognize when a patient needs clinical support and escalate as needed.
- Use Epic to schedule visits, update insurance, and keep records accurate.
- Help patients with MyChart account setup, password resets, and portal features.
- Document each call clearly and follow established workflows.
- Participate in ongoing training and coaching.
