Responsibilities
- Utilize telephonic outreach and engagement strategies to contact patients and caregivers
- Effectively communicate Atlas services and address patient or caregiver concerns
- Represent Atlas professionally
- Coordinate with local outreach team
- Leverage reports and dashboards to prioritize outreach
- Meet or exceed engagement monthly targets
- Provide inbound call support
- Support clinic administrative tasks
