Requirements
- 5+ years in an automation or tooling role, working hands-on with CRM and telephony systems.
- 1+ year of experience with Kustomer CRM.
- Demonstrated analytical skills and comfort with data and metrics.
- Experience with tools such as Claude, Jira, Twilio, and n8n.
- Experience with external app integrations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to explain technical tradeoffs to non-technical stakeholders.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
Responsibilities
- Serve as system administrator for Kustomer CRM and broader CustOps tech stack.
- Design and maintain workflows, automation rules, triggers, and ticketing logic.
- Build, deploy, and refine AI agent copilots within Kustomer.
- Ensure data integrity through routine audits and cleanup.
- Develop and maintain dashboards/reports to provide actionable operational insights.
- Audit support tools for efficiency and develop SOPs for critical failure points.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Product to maintain system integrations.
- Research and evaluate new vendors and automation practices.
- Manage system documentation and security permissions.
