Requirements

  • 5+ years in an automation or tooling role, working hands-on with CRM and telephony systems.
  • 1+ year of experience with Kustomer CRM.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills and comfort with data and metrics.
  • Experience with tools such as Claude, Jira, Twilio, and n8n.
  • Experience with external app integrations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to explain technical tradeoffs to non-technical stakeholders.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as system administrator for Kustomer CRM and broader CustOps tech stack.
  • Design and maintain workflows, automation rules, triggers, and ticketing logic.
  • Build, deploy, and refine AI agent copilots within Kustomer.
  • Ensure data integrity through routine audits and cleanup.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards/reports to provide actionable operational insights.
  • Audit support tools for efficiency and develop SOPs for critical failure points.
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Product to maintain system integrations.
  • Research and evaluate new vendors and automation practices.
  • Manage system documentation and security permissions.
