Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in revenue operations, financial analysis, business intelligence, or related analytical roles.
  • Proven experience building and maintaining forecasting models used for executive decision-making.
  • Strong Salesforce or CRM expertise, including data governance and system optimization.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including complex modeling and scenario analysis.
  • Experience working across finance, operations, or partnerships teams in a cross-functional environment.
  • Strong ability to translate data into insights and recommendations for non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple analytical workstreams in ambiguous or evolving environments.
  • Strong communication skills with a proactive approach to surfacing risks and opportunities.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with nonprofit, education, or workforce development environments is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Own and continuously improve AI-enabled revenue forecasting models integrating pipeline, capacity, and program data across revenue streams.
  • Develop executive-level reporting and dashboards that provide leadership with real-time visibility into revenue health and performance trends.
  • Track forecast vs. actual performance, identifying variances early and delivering clear, actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Support pricing, packaging, and strategic financial modeling in partnership with senior leadership.
  • Ensure accurate integration of revenue data across finance, operations, partnerships, and development teams.
  • Maintain CRM governance (Salesforce) as the system of record, enforcing data standards and improving data integrity.
  • Identify and resolve gaps between reported data and operational reality to improve forecasting accuracy.
  • Manage compliance tracking across funding sources, ensuring adherence to partner and grant requirements.
  • Monitor partner and program performance metrics to flag risks and protect revenue relationships.
  • Translate complex data into clear, accessible insights for non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
