- Answer all inquiries regarding eligibility, general program questions, application status, and Device Grants via email and phone.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for applicant inquiries via inbound and outbound calls through Talkdesk and email communication via Intercom.
- Ensure Merit America applicants experience top-notch communication and service throughout the admission funnel.
- Facilitate application reactivations for applicants to re-engage with their process.
- Handle track switch requests both pre-acceptance and post-acceptance.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in Salesforce, including admissions status for all learners.
- Manage the transition of applicants through the entire admissions process, from application to enrollment.
- Host weekly open house webinars to provide detailed program information and address questions from prospective applicants.
- Host monthly Program Prep Events to help new enrollees prepare for the program.
