Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in revenue operations, financial analysis, business intelligence, or related field.
- Proven track record of leading end-to-end forecasting model design.
- Strong experience with CRM, Salesforce strongly preferred.
- Track record of enforcing data governance standards.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Demonstrated AI proficiency using tools like Claude, ChatGPT, or Copilot.
- Clear, precise written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with cross-functional collaboration across finance or partnerships.
- Ability to manage multiple analytical workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Own the AI-enabled revenue forecast model.
- Synthesize inputs into executive-ready projections and strategic decision materials.
- Monitor actuals versus forecasts and surface variances.
- Maintain executive dashboards for revenue health visibility.
- Support pricing and packaging analysis through data modeling.
- Manage compliance requirements across all revenue sources.
- Monitor program completion rates against contract deliverables.
- Own day-to-day governance of Salesforce.
- Support grant renewal processes.
- Coordinate cross-functionally to pressure-test learner volume and program commitments.
