Requirements
- 5+ years in RevOps, Sales Ops, or Data Analytics.
- Expert level proficiency in Salesforce (Admin preferred).
- Expert level in Sigma or similar BI tools like Looker or Tableau.
- Experience with data pipelines.
- Comfortable writing SQL.
- Experience with billing and usage-based models.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on data integrity and underlying drivers.
Responsibilities
- Maintain tracking of company, client, and product metrics and KPIs.
- Leverage AI to build out business and client performance insights.
- Run daily billable usage analysis to flag revenue anomalies.
- Translate complex data sets into actionable narratives for leadership.
- Partner with Data Engineers to optimize data flow through Fivetran, Salesforce, and Sigma.
- Translate business requirements into technical specs for Engineering.
- Manage Salesforce hygiene and outbound/growth tools like Clay.ai.
- Investigate line item analysis to resolve client issues.
- Own the billing feedback loop and ensure billing logic matches legal commitments.
