Requirements
- 4–5+ years of experience managing cross-functional projects in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, roadmaps, and status reports.
- Strong stakeholder management and influence skills.
- Experience supporting M&A integration, organizational change, or executive-level programs.
- Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Slack, and Microsoft 365.
- Exceptional organizational discipline.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Ability to operate in ambiguity with minimal direction.
- PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification preferred.
- Experience in cybersecurity, SaaS, or high-growth tech is a plus.
- AI-native working style with comfort using AI for project management.
Responsibilities
- Own project tracking and milestone management for active M&A integrations.
- Establish and maintain integration calendars, risk logs, and decision registers.
- Coordinate with People, Finance, Legal, IT, and GTM teams to surface dependencies.
- Develop standardized intake templates and integration playbooks.
- Track action items and commitments generated from ELT meetings.
- Build and maintain project plans for cross-functional initiatives.
- Proactively surface risks and timeline slippage.
- Own project execution for company-wide programs managed through the Office of the CEO.
- Produce executive-grade status updates, decision trackers, and project dashboards.
- Manage project intake across the Office of the CEO portfolio.
