Requirements
- 4–7 years of experience in operations, marketplace strategy, network development, or healthcare services.
- Experience in training and managing 1099 employees.
- Strong project management and analytical skills.
- Comfortable working with Product and Engineering teams.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets, CRMs, and operational systems.
- Clear communication and a relationship-focused approach.
Responsibilities
- Recruit clinicians (occupational therapists, physical therapists) and licensed contractors.
- Onboard and support the contractor network.
- Collaborate with operations to solve for network gaps.
- Develop market launch plans to ensure adequate coverage.
- Build relationships with universities, associations, and provider organizations.
- Oversee credentialing, contracting, network adequacy and compliance.
- Identify opportunities for improvement for onboarding and training.
- Coordinate with Finance on provider payments.
- Track key operational metrics.
- Partner with Product and Engineering to improve workflows.
