Requirements
- Proven prudential regulatory experience at either a bank, a consultancy or a regulatory body.
- Relevant professional qualification.
- Detailed knowledge/experience of relevant regulatory requirements.
- Ability to interpret regulations and determine impact on the bank.
- Ability to manage projects to implement regulatory changes.
- Experience with financial projections and analysis techniques for risk quantification.
- Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Own the annual group ICAAP process ensuring alignment to internal and external requirements.
- Own the annual review of the recovery plan and ensure alignment to regulatory requirements.
- Implement requirements linked to the Group’s evolving resolution strategy.
- Ensure compliance with Resolution Assessment Framework (RAF) requirements (including OCIR, VIR and COA).
- Support capital planning activities, risk appetite setting, and lead ALCO reporting.
- Assess and adapt to future prudential regulatory change.
- Lead a team of high performing colleagues and support their individual development.
