Requirements
- Proven prudential regulatory experience at a bank, consultancy, or regulatory body.
- Relevant professional qualification.
- Detailed knowledge of ICAAP.
- Detailed knowledge of recovery and resolution planning.
- Ability to interpret regulatory requirements.
- Experience with financial projections and analysis techniques for risk quantification.
- Experience building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to lead projects to produce regulatory deliverables.
Responsibilities
- Own the annual group ICAAP process ensuring alignment to requirements.
- Own the annual review of the recovery plan and conduct fire drills.
- Ensure compliance with Resolution Assessment Framework (RAF) requirements.
- Support capital planning activities, risk appetite setting, and ALCO reporting.
- Assess impact of future prudential regulatory change.
- Lead a team of high performing colleagues and support their development.
