Requirements
- 7+ years' experience in Project or Program Management.
- 3+ years in a people leadership role within a remote or hybrid environment.
- Deep experience across business and technology environments.
- Experience applying Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery approaches.
- Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) or relevant degree.
- Experience using AI with an innovative mindset.
- High comfort in ambiguity.
- Strong systems-thinking capability.
- High executive presence and influence.
- Outstanding executive communication skills.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
Responsibilities
- Own the PMO portfolio, including the project intake process.
- Lead the shaping and mobilisation of strategic initiatives.
- Own the executive reporting cycle, including the preparation of C-level updates.
- Drive thoughtful and innovative use of AI to evolve the PMO function.
- Lead, coach, and develop the Lead Program Manager and Senior Project Managers.
- Define and manage portfolio decision pathways.
- Monitor portfolio-wide signals to proactively anticipate risk.
- Partner with the VP of Corporate Development & Strategy to lead the annual OKR planning process.
- Evolve the PMO strategy and culture.
