Requirements
- Entrepreneurial spirit, work ethic and flexibility
- Experience in operations, logistics, or similar
- Proficiency working in Salesforce, Google sheets & docs and Microsoft Office, including Teams
- Ability to manage high-level, long-term planning and fast-paced project execution
- Excellent analytical, organizational, project management, and planning skills
- High attention to detail and consistent follow-through
- Ability to work comfortably with ambiguity and fast-changing plans
- Ability to manage competing interests while maintaining a sense of urgency
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
Responsibilities
- Manage delivery of inspection services including deployment of equipment and technicians to wind farms
- Maintain project management tools and software daily for planning, execution, and logistics
- Complete administrative duties including documentation and daily progress reports
- Generate and distribute reports to project teams and stakeholders
- Coordinate and support logistics, scheduling, and project execution
- Provide weekend coverage for European projects and assist NAM projects
- Support other project managers on weekends in emergencies
