Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- 6+ years' relevant experience.
- At least 3 years' experience with ATS and full recruiting lifecycle management.
- At least 2 years' experience sourcing passive candidates.
- At least 2 years' experience with recruiting in Government Contracting Industry.
- Experience with applicant vetting (science/healthcare markets).
- Experience with employment law and regulations (EEO, FLSA).
- Intermediate experience with candidate sourcing platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, Handshake).
- Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office, Teams, and SharePoint.
Responsibilities
- Serve as support to the recruiting team for the sourcing and engagement of applicants.
- Partner strategically with hiring managers to understand position requirements.
- Provide supportive oversight and aid for the full recruiting life cycle.
- Ensure compliance with government regulations and security clearance requirements.
- Observe trends in the labor market and advise hiring managers.
- Actively promote Ripple Effect externally through professional networks.
