  • 1-2 years account management experience in transportation/logistics (asset)
  • 3+ years sales and account management experience in transportation/logistics (preferred)
  • Exceptional customer service skills

  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to work in a team environment

Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with customers by staying in constant communication
  • Manage customer expectations and provide exceptional customer service
  • Work with Implementation team to ensure accuracy in pricing
  • Participate in rate matrix reviews and large-spend bid processes
  • Identify, manage and build new business relationships
  • Collaborate with Customer Service Manager to deliver transportation solutions
  • Maintain database of clients, prospects, partners and vendors
  • Monitor market conditions and competitors
  • Perform administrative duties including budget and report preparation
  • Coordinate meetings for prospects and customers
