Requirements

- 1-2 years account management experience in transportation/logistics (asset)
- 3+ years sales and account management experience in transportation/logistics (preferred)

Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with customers by staying in constant communication
- Manage customer expectations and provide exceptional customer service
- Work with Implementation team to ensure accuracy in pricing
- Participate in rate matrix reviews and large-spend bid processes
- Identify, manage and build new business relationships
- Collaborate with Customer Service Manager to deliver transportation solutions
- Maintain database of clients, prospects, partners and vendors
- Monitor market conditions and competitors
- Perform administrative duties including budget and report preparation
- Coordinate meetings for prospects and customers
