- Proven sourcing expertise using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and Juicebox.
- Ability to utilize AI tools for profile discovery, messaging, and strategy.
- Demonstrated success extending, negotiating, and closing complex offers for technical candidates.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Clear, compelling storytelling skills to articulate the mission and technical challenges.
- Comfort operating with minimal direction and high ownership.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end recruiting for technical and product roles, including intake, sourcing, screening, process management, and closing.
- Build and manage strong candidate pipelines through targeted sourcing, outbound outreach, referrals, and effective use of multiple recruiting tools.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to define candidate profiles, design structured interview plans, and align on clear success criteria.
- Conduct high-volume weekly recruiter screens to assess skills, motivation, and alignment.
- Lead offer processes for complex technical hires, shaping compensation and closing strategies.
- Operate with minimal supervision, managing priorities across multiple concurrent searches.
