Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-bar companies.
  • Proven success hiring for technical roles (Engineers, Product Managers, Product Designers).
  • Experience running searches for senior stakeholders (Director level and above).
  • Ability to build proactive outbound talent strategies in constrained markets.
  • Strong record of navigating complex hiring scenarios and ambiguity.
  • Excellent communication skills for stakeholder alignment.
  • Experience using AI tools intentionally in the recruiting workflow.

Responsibilities

  • Execute full-cycle recruiting for R&D IC and leadership roles.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to align recruiting strategy with business needs.
  • Build pipelines via market mapping and engagement programs.
  • Use creative outbound sourcing to engage top-tier passive candidates.
  • Identify and resolve hiring process friction points.
  • Collaborate as a team to support collective success.
  • Apply AI tools to maintain quality and efficiency.
