Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-bar companies.
- Proven success hiring for technical roles (Engineers, Product Managers, Product Designers).
- Experience running searches for senior stakeholders (Director level and above).
- Ability to build proactive outbound talent strategies in constrained markets.
- Strong record of navigating complex hiring scenarios and ambiguity.
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder alignment.
- Experience using AI tools intentionally in the recruiting workflow.
Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruiting for R&D IC and leadership roles.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to align recruiting strategy with business needs.
- Build pipelines via market mapping and engagement programs.
- Use creative outbound sourcing to engage top-tier passive candidates.
- Identify and resolve hiring process friction points.
- Collaborate as a team to support collective success.
- Apply AI tools to maintain quality and efficiency.
