Requirements
- 6–10+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or engineering delivery
- Experience in SaaS, data, or AI-driven environments
- Managing complex, multi-track engineering programs
- Experience working with external contractors
- Technical fluency to understand architecture and evaluate trade-offs
- Experience supporting platform migrations or large-scale production changes
- Systems thinking for managing interdependent engineering workflows
- Ability to operate in ambiguous environments
- Experience in analytics platforms, cloud environments, or data-heavy systems is a plus
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end program execution across multiple engineering squads and external contractor teams
- Manage sprint planning, release coordination, and cross-team dependency tracking
- Oversee delivery of core platform initiatives
- Translate architectural and strategic decisions into structured, executable engineering plans
- Maintain visibility of milestones across platform modernization and migration
- Validate technical estimates to ensure realistic timelines
- Coordinate contractor workflows and internal integration
- Provide clear updates to leadership on status, risks, and dependencies
