Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Deal Desk, Finance, Sales, or Revenue Operations
- Demonstrated experience in complex deal negotiations
- Business acumen with ability to translate financial goals into deal strategy
- Track record of executing strategic programs and process improvements
- Demonstrated ability to hire, manage, and develop talent
- Experience managing initiatives using an OKR system
- Ability to influence senior management and Enterprise Customers
- Proficiency in CRM, CPQ, and CLM tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to synthesize data into actionable insights
Responsibilities
- Oversee Samsara’s Deal Desk function for EMEA markets and Mexico
- Partner with senior leadership to influence deal portfolio and complex outcomes
- Design and maintain policies and commercial strategies
- Hire, manage, and develop a high-performing team
- Refine deal review processes and documentation
- Utilize data and real-time reporting to inform business decisions
- Execute initiatives leveraging an OKR system
