Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Deal Desk, Finance, Sales, or Revenue Operations
  • Demonstrated experience in complex deal negotiations
  • Business acumen with ability to translate financial goals into deal strategy
  • Track record of executing strategic programs and process improvements
  • Demonstrated ability to hire, manage, and develop talent
  • Experience managing initiatives using an OKR system
  • Ability to influence senior management and Enterprise Customers
  • Proficiency in CRM, CPQ, and CLM tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to synthesize data into actionable insights

Responsibilities

  • Oversee Samsara’s Deal Desk function for EMEA markets and Mexico
  • Partner with senior leadership to influence deal portfolio and complex outcomes
  • Design and maintain policies and commercial strategies
  • Hire, manage, and develop a high-performing team
  • Refine deal review processes and documentation
  • Utilize data and real-time reporting to inform business decisions
  • Execute initiatives leveraging an OKR system
