Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Direct Sales
- Focus on mid-market and below preferred
- Strong experience in SaaS
- Cybersecurity industry experience preferred
- Proficiency with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms
- Strong bias to action and ability to get things done effectively
Responsibilities
- Work with customers to deliver solutions that increase satisfaction and solution adoption
- Build and maintain strong relationships with multiple contacts within assigned customer organizations
- Contribute to team goals around retention, expansion, and satisfaction
- Develop creative ways to engage with customers
- Engage with third-party reseller partners to meet partner and customer needs
- Provide training and education to help customers succeed with the platform
