Requirements
- Degree in a medical or healthcare-related field
- At least three years of Healthcare/Medical Management or Remote Management experience
- Highly proficient in English (written and oral)
- Ability to perform under pressure and work with high-level professionals
- Self-starter and highly motivated
- Focused, organized, and growth-oriented
- At least one year of Training and Development experience (preferred)
- Ability to think outside the box and create solutions
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite
- Open to working night shifts
Responsibilities
- Managing the day-to-day planning, operations, and problem-solving of a team of Medical Client-VA pairs to meet required targets.
- Partnering with clients to create task lists for productivity and profitability of their businesses.
- Working with clients to grow their businesses using Global Medical services.
- Managing the client-VA relationship.
- Handling client needs including mitigating concerns, identifying patterns, and managing high-level escalations.
- Performing negotiations as needed.
