Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in brand marketing or product marketing within the video game industry, ideally in live-service or mobile environments.
- Strong portfolio of emotionally resonant, narrative-driven campaigns.
- Deep understanding of North American gaming culture, Gen Z audiences, and community-driven ecosystems.
- Proven ability to act as a “player-first” marketer.
- Experience working in fast-paced, experimental environments with a “test and learn” mindset.
- Excellent project management skills for complex, cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong collaboration skills with creative, product, and external partners.
- Experience in visual direction, copywriting, or creative production is a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with licensing, partnerships, or IP expansion is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead brand strategy and execution with a strong focus on storytelling, community alignment, and market impact.
- Design and execute narrative-led marketing campaigns that prioritize emotional storytelling over transactional advertising.
- Lead North American marketing strategy and execution, adapting global brand direction to resonate with Gen Z audiences.
- Develop lifecycle brand strategies for live games and manage campaigns from pre-launch through live operations.
- Own North American marketing budgets and define performance frameworks.
- Serve as the internal advocate for the player community.
- Oversee creator and influencer partnerships.
- Partner with creative teams to define visual direction and campaign concepts.
- Identify and manage strategic licensing and partnership opportunities.
- Drive cross-functional project execution.
