Requirements
- 8+ years of professional product design experience in highly technical software, developer tools, infrastructure, or complex B2B/SaaS.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating structural systems thinking and data-driven decision-making.
- Proven cross-functional influence with engineering and product leaders.
- Comfort with ambiguity and building frameworks in complex technical spaces.
- AI-powered UX mindset and curiosity for emerging AI-powered tools/workflows.
Responsibilities
- Lead End-to-End Voice Design by translating telecom abstractions into developer experiences.
- Drive Cross-Channel Coherence across Messaging, Email, and Voice.
- Formulate Systems Architecture, including mental models and configuration wizards.
- Design for Platform Interoperability with Conversations and AI product teams.
- Uphold Craft Excellence & Governance through Design Reviews and mentorship.
- Partner with Product Managers and Engineering Leads to align roadmaps and execution.
