- Proven experience designing complex consumer enrollment flows or digital healthcare journeys.
- Deep expertise spanning responsive web and native mobile design patterns.
- Experience designing for hardware-software integrations or complex logistical workflows.
- Strong verbal, written, and visual communication skills.

- Define Personas & Value Propositions through research insights.
- Architect Persona-Driven Journeys for member enrollment.
- Drive Comprehensive Service Design for physical and digital ecosystems.
- Craft Compelling, Premium Visuals for websites and enrollment assets.
- Navigate Cross-Functional Complexity across marketing, hardware, and operations.
- Influence Without Authority to align teams on a user-first vision.
