Requirements
- Exemplary experience designing, evolving and innovating user interfaces
- Ability to empathise with enterprise users and apply user-centered design techniques
- Portfolio showcasing holistic, scalable systems and visual/interaction design fundamentals
- Masterful communication skills with fluent written and spoken English
- Expertise in autonomously taking ownership of design for complex domains
- Effective cross-functional collaboration skills to build consensus
- Experience designing complex B2B SaaS solutions (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Lead all design for your domain, making strategic design and user-experience decisions
- Increase the level of team maturity through mentoring and feedback
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to understand customer needs
- Create user flows ranging from low-fidelity wireframes to full-fidelity designs
- Contribute to creating and maintaining our design system
- Collaborate closely with engineering to maintain parity between design and coded artefacts
- Leverage AI prototyping for conceptual exploration and iteration
- Champion experience principles ensuring usability, scalability, and accessibility
