- Systems thinking mindset.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design of new growth-focused product experiences, from early ideation to final execution.
- Design and refine user journeys that improve activation, engagement, retention, and monetization.
- Collaborate closely with UX research and data teams to translate insights into design solutions.
- Partner with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define product strategy.
- Develop intuitive and visually refined UI systems across web, desktop, and mobile platforms.
- Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a culture of critique and craft excellence.
- Contribute to strategic discussions and help shape product roadmaps.
