Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in product design for consumer-facing digital products, with strong exposure to growth, experimentation, or funnel optimization.
  • Proven portfolio demonstrating strategic design thinking, strong UI/UX craft, and measurable impact on key product metrics through experimentation.
  • Deep experience in scaling and evolving design systems in fast-moving product environments.
  • Strong interaction and visual design skills with a clear understanding of user behavior and decision-making psychology.
  • Advanced prototyping skills used to test ideas, validate assumptions, and accelerate iteration cycles.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling abilities, with the ability to clearly articulate design rationale, hypotheses, and insights.
  • Experience working with AI-powered products or designing within AI-assisted workflows is a strong advantage.
  • Comfortable in data-informed environments with a strong growth mindset and ability to interpret and act on experiment results.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end design strategy for growth initiatives, from opportunity identification and hypothesis formation through to execution, testing, and iteration in close collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Define and shape growth levers across the product ecosystem, ensuring design decisions directly contribute to activation, retention, engagement, and conversion outcomes.
  • Drive experimentation design and execution, ensuring experiments are well-structured, measurable, and translated into actionable insights that inform product direction.
  • Partner with designers and engineers to ensure consistency and cohesion across growth surfaces while enabling rapid iteration at scale.
  • Evolve and strengthen the design system to support scalable experimentation and fast product iteration without compromising usability or brand integrity.
  • Analyze user behavior using both qualitative and quantitative inputs to uncover friction points, opportunities, and behavioral patterns that inform design direction.
  • Lead design excellence practices by mentoring peers, running critiques, and establishing standards that improve craft, speed, and impact.
