Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Customer Success or Customer Experience within a SaaS environment.
  • At least 1+ year in an Enablement-focused role.
  • Proven experience designing and executing enablement programs.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Gong, Gainsight, Skilljar, WorkRamp, Articulate, Outreach.io, and LeanData.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage cross-functional collaboration.
  • Strong analytical mindset to translate performance data into enablement strategies.
  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and executive presence.
  • Growth-oriented, self-starter mindset in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive enablement strategy for the customer experience organization.
  • Conduct needs assessments for onboarding, everboarding, and continuous learning programs.
  • Use learning analytics and Gainsight data to measure and improve enablement effectiveness.
  • Integrate AI and automation into CX workflows to enhance team productivity.
  • Create and curate enablement content including playbooks, training materials, and QBR frameworks.
  • Deliver engaging workshops and training sessions for success, support, and implementation teams.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders across Product, Marketing, Sales, and CX leadership.
  • Manage the CX tech stack to drive operational efficiency and data-driven decision making.
  • Lead strategic enablement initiatives from concept to completion.
