Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Customer Success or Customer Experience within a SaaS environment.
- At least 1+ year in an Enablement-focused role.
- Proven experience designing and executing enablement programs.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Gong, Gainsight, Skilljar, WorkRamp, Articulate, Outreach.io, and LeanData.
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong analytical mindset to translate performance data into enablement strategies.
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and executive presence.
- Growth-oriented, self-starter mindset in fast-paced environments.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive enablement strategy for the customer experience organization.
- Conduct needs assessments for onboarding, everboarding, and continuous learning programs.
- Use learning analytics and Gainsight data to measure and improve enablement effectiveness.
- Integrate AI and automation into CX workflows to enhance team productivity.
- Create and curate enablement content including playbooks, training materials, and QBR frameworks.
- Deliver engaging workshops and training sessions for success, support, and implementation teams.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders across Product, Marketing, Sales, and CX leadership.
- Manage the CX tech stack to drive operational efficiency and data-driven decision making.
- Lead strategic enablement initiatives from concept to completion.
