Requirements

  • 3-10 years of experience in the ARM, CPQ, and Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Proven ability to support high-performing sales teams through pipeline management.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Deep understanding of operational challenges in ARM deployments.
  • Ability to apply technology solutions to different industries.
  • Understanding of technical components like Dynamic Product Bundles and Automated Billing.
  • Strong ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic start-up environment.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time if needed.

Responsibilities

  • Build and leverage Salesforce network to drive incremental sales and pipeline.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) during the pre-sales process.
  • Build relationships with ARM and Agentforce Salesforce sellers and leaders.
  • Create packages, IP, and products for the mid-market and commercial segments.
  • Translate complex technical features into tangible business outcomes for customers.
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through white-space analysis and outbound plays.
  • Partner with Solution Engineering to create a white glove partner sales model.
  • Develop marketing plans and content to create awareness within the Salesforce ARM team.
  • Act as an executive sponsor for ARM projects to ensure customer success and referenceability.
  • Collaborate with Accenture ARM experts to establish organizational best practices.
