Requirements

  • 3-10 years of experience in the Field Service and Salesforce ecosystem or comparable ecosystems.
  • Proven ability to support high-performing sales teams through pipeline creation and management.
  • Deep understanding of operational challenges in Field Service deployments.
  • Strong understanding of AI and Automation technologies (Einstein, Predictive Dispatch, Generative AI).
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic start-up environment.
  • Technical understanding of Salesforce Field Service components.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time if needed.

Responsibilities

  • Build and leverage Salesforce network to drive incremental sales and pipeline.
  • Partner with SVPs and Account Executives to identify and support Field Service opportunities.
  • Create packages, IP, and products aimed at the mid-market and commercial sectors.
  • Translate complex technical features into tangible business outcomes for prospective customers.
  • Develop competitive analysis and POV of Salesforce value against competitors.
  • Partner with marketing and solution engineering to create a white glove partner sales model.
  • Establish best practices for project estimation and delivery with the delivery leadership team.
  • Act as an executive sponsor of Field Service projects to ensure quality and customer success.
  • Develop enablement content to train the wider sales organization on Field Service.
