Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or professional certifications in HR/OD preferred.
  • Minimum 10+ years as an HRBP, talent management, or talent development.
  • Prior experience partnering with Engineering, Product, or R&D organizations in a fast-paced, global tech company.
  • Deep understanding of cyclical HR processes (performance management, compensation, talent reviews/calibrations).
  • Proven track record of working directly with senior leadership (Sr. Director, VP+) to design and execute leadership development and succession planning.
  • Excellent consultative skills with the ability to influence without direct authority.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and storytelling skills.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main liaison between the global TED team and the R&D HRBPs & R&D LT.
  • Design and execute a localization strategy that connects global HR cyclical programs to R&D’s strategic goals.
  • Build robust VP/SVP pipelines and guide targeted development to accelerate the readiness of key talent.
  • Architect and deliver on a R&D talent development approach in partnership with business leaders and HRBPs.
  • Ensure the regular and effective assessment of employee skills and performance across R&D.
  • Design and maintain a functional talent and engagement scorecard to track adoption and outcomes.
