- Strong financial modeling skills (product forecasts, revenue, COGS, pricing)
- Knowledge of common tech industry metrics
- Experience evaluating product business cases, unit economics, and pricing impacts
- Excellent business acumen and influence capabilities
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working with Senior Leadership (VP+)
- Proficiency in Anaplan
- Comfort working with large datasets
Responsibilities
- Establish the standard for ROI analysis across R&D.
- Lead business case development for new product launches and feature investments.
- Translate long-term product strategy into a sustainable financial framework.
- Partner with R&D leadership to assess product performance and roadmap investments.
- Provide strategic financial insights to guide resource allocation.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to identify growth levers and margin drivers.
- Oversee development of financial models for scenario planning and M&A.
- Synthesize and communicate financial data to executive stakeholders.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 3 to 4 financial analysts.
