Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a GTM Engineering, RevOps Systems, or Salesforce Admin role
- Salesforce Administrator certification or equivalent hands-on expertise
- Demonstrated AI-first mindset
- Hands-on experience managing a SaaS GTM tool stack
- Strong technical aptitude for system integrations (REST APIs, native connectors, iPaaS)
- Comfortable building automations and debugging integrations
- Experience with tools like Clay, n8n, Gemini, Claude, ZoomInfo, Outreach, Gong, Spiff
- Builder’s mentality and owner mindset
Responsibilities
- Administer and continuously optimize Salesforce
- Own the GTM tool stack end-to-end
- Design and deploy new tool workflows and cross-system integrations
- Champion an AI-first approach to GTM operations
- Build and maintain integrations across the GTM stack
- Document system configurations, workflow logic, and integration architecture
- Partner with RevOps leadership and GTM stakeholders
