Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development and administration experience, including Apex, Flows, LWC, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.
- Salesforce Administrator certification required.
- Demonstrated experience managing a modern GTM stack including tools such as Gong, Clay, Aircall, and sales engagement platforms.
- Strong understanding of commercial lifecycle modeling, pipeline management, and revenue operations fundamentals.
- Proficiency with Salesforce DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and automated testing.
- Comfort working with JavaScript, Python, REST/JSON/XML, and consuming or building web service integrations.
- Strong analytical skills, high attention to detail, and a bias toward clean, well-documented systems.
- Exceptional communicator who can translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- High ownership mentality with a builder's instinct.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end Salesforce CRM administration including configuration, lifecycle models, and territory routing logic.
- Serve as the primary technical owner of Salesforce CPQ, maintaining product catalogs, pricing rules, and quote configurations.
- Administer and maintain a modern GTM stack, including Gong, Aircall, Clay, and various sales engagement platforms.
- Ensure clean, reliable data flows between systems and eliminate manual reconciliation across the GTM ecosystem.
- Build and maintain reporting dashboards for pipeline health, conversion rates, and forecast accuracy.
- Design and build scalable automation using Salesforce Flows, Apex, and API/iPaaS solutions.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success to ensure systems reflect business needs.
