Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5+ years of experience engineering and supporting enterprise Windows and hybrid cloud environments.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience administering and migrating Microsoft 365 environments.
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Exchange Online, mail flow, SMTP, DNS, and hybrid Exchange environments.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory, Group Policy, and SSO/MFA.
- Strong experience supporting virtualized environments including AWS, VMware vSphere, and Microsoft Hyper-V.
- Experience migrating on-premises infrastructure, applications, and services to AWS.
- Experience with cybersecurity hardening, endpoint protection, and vulnerability remediation.
- Proficiency in scripting and automation using PowerShell or Python.
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals including DNS, DHCP, VPNs, routing, and firewalls.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and infrastructure assessment skills.
- Strong project coordination and verbal/written communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Plan, lead, and execute enterprise technology integration and migration projects for newly acquired organizations.
- Perform enterprise email migrations from Microsoft Exchange, Google Workspace, and other email platforms into Microsoft Exchange Online.
- Migrate and consolidate enterprise data from Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Dropbox, Box, file servers, and other sources into SharePoint Online, Teams and OneDrive.
- Utilize enterprise migration tools including BitTitan MigrationWiz, MoveBot, ShareGate, Quest, and Microsoft native tools.
- Manage DNS migrations, domain consolidations, and public DNS infrastructure within AWS Route 53.
- Assess and document existing server infrastructure, enterprise applications, storage systems, and identity platforms.
- Support migration of on-premises infrastructure, applications, and services into AWS cloud environments.
- Deploy, manage, and support CrowdStrike Falcon agents and console administration.
- Troubleshoot complex infrastructure, networking, authentication, and security issues, performing root cause analysis.
