Responsibilities
- Engage and qualify inbound and outbound prospects, identifying business needs and evaluating fit with the product offering.
- Conduct personalized outreach to decision-makers and key stakeholders across targeted accounts and regions.
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives to generate and accelerate sales pipeline growth.
- Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions, follow-ups, and pipeline progress within CRM systems.
- Develop a strong understanding of the product to clearly communicate its value proposition to potential customers.
- Contribute to demand generation initiatives by supporting data-driven outreach strategies and campaigns.
- Continuously refine outreach approaches and propose improvements to optimize conversion performance.
- Ensure a high-quality customer experience through clear, empathetic, and value-driven communication.
