Requirements

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding outbound activity and qualified-meeting targets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfort and confidence with cold calling and multi-channel prospecting.
  • Experience with CRM and sales engagement tools (e.g., HubSpot, Apollo).
  • Strong research and organizational skills.
  • Coachable, resilient, and self-motivated.
  • Experience using AI tools.

Responsibilities

  • Research target employers and identify the right decision-makers within the ICP.
  • Build and execute multi-touch outreach sequences.
  • Generate qualified pipeline through cold calls, personalized emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Respond quickly to inbound leads from marketing campaigns, content, and events.
  • Book qualified meetings for Account Executives.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly targets for qualified meetings completed.
  • Maintain disciplined CRM hygiene in HubSpot.
  • Stay current on the employee benefits and financial wellbeing landscape.
  • Use AI tools in your day-to-day work.
