- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding outbound activity and qualified-meeting targets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfort and confidence with cold calling and multi-channel prospecting.
- Experience with CRM and sales engagement tools (e.g., HubSpot, Apollo).
- Strong research and organizational skills.
- Coachable, resilient, and self-motivated.
- Experience using AI tools.
Responsibilities
- Research target employers and identify the right decision-makers within the ICP.
- Build and execute multi-touch outreach sequences.
- Generate qualified pipeline through cold calls, personalized emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Respond quickly to inbound leads from marketing campaigns, content, and events.
- Book qualified meetings for Account Executives.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly targets for qualified meetings completed.
- Maintain disciplined CRM hygiene in HubSpot.
- Stay current on the employee benefits and financial wellbeing landscape.
- Use AI tools in your day-to-day work.
