Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in B2B demand generation.
- 1+ year experience in launching and running ABM programs.
- Proven track record with CRM and marketing automation platforms like Salesforce and Marketo or HubSpot.
- Experience with specialized ABM platforms such as 6Sense, Terminus, or Demandbase.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration between sales, operations, and product marketing.
- Comfortable managing automated workflows for scaling messaging and data.
- Understanding of enterprise SaaS buying cycles and multi-stakeholder environments.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute ABM programs across 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many models.
- Partner with sales leadership to align GTM strategies and prioritize target accounts.
- Plan and run full-funnel integrated campaigns including email, events, digital ads, and webinars.
- Report on full-funnel metrics, pipeline impact, and revenue attribution.
- Architect AI-powered automation workflows for hyper-personalization.
- Pilot advanced tactics like predictive modeling and intent data workflows.
- Develop tailored content for C-level decision-makers.
- Manage ABM motions for governmental prospects.
- Oversee agency and vendor relationships.
