Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in B2B demand generation
  • 1+ year of experience launching and running ABM programs
  • Proven track record with CRM and marketing automation platforms like Salesforce and Marketo/HubSpot
  • Experience with specialized ABM platforms such as 6Sense, Terminus, or Demandbase
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to bridge the gap between sales, operations, and product marketing
  • Comfortable managing automated workflows and AI tools to scale messaging
  • Understanding of enterprise SaaS buying cycles and multi-stakeholder selling

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute insight-driven ABM programs across 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many models.
  • Partner with sales leadership to align Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies and target accounts.
  • Orchestrate full-funnel integrated campaigns including email, events, digital advertising, and webinars.
  • Monitor, optimize, and report on full-funnel metrics and revenue attribution.
  • Architect and leverage AI-powered automation workflows to scale hyper-personalization.
  • Pilot advanced upmarket tactics such as predictive modeling and buyer intent data workflows.
  • Develop tailored content for C-level decision-makers in collaboration with product marketing.
  • Manage ABM motions for governmental prospects considering specific constraints and standards.
  • Manage agency and external vendor relationships to maximize ROI.
