Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in digital marketing.
  • Demonstrated expertise in finance and e-commerce.
  • Deep command of martech/CRM data models (e.g., Salesforce, Adobe).
  • Proven background in driving outcomes for complex, multi-client or multi-brand environments.
  • Proven track record designing and executing post-acquisition lifecycle programs.
  • Experience operating as a player-coach.
  • Strong command of member segmentation, behavioral targeting, and personalization.
  • Operational mindset with experience scaling teams via SOPs and Agile/Jira.
  • Ability to travel a few times a year.

Responsibilities

  • Own post-acquisition member lifecycle strategy: onboarding, activation, engagement, cross-sell, and retention.
  • Design and manage 30/60/90-day onboarding programs.
  • Build and optimize cross-sell and upsell programs.
  • Develop retention and win-back programs using behavioral signals.
  • Execute email, push, and SMS marketing programs across multiple client brands.
  • Build, test, and optimize automated lifecycle journeys.
  • Partner with leadership to design and own client reporting frameworks.
  • Champion AI-driven marketing innovation and predictive analytics.
